JOB SUMMARY :Resort Manager is responsible for supervising and maintaining all aspects of assigned areas. Maintaining budgets, hiring, training supervising, developing and evaluating leadership and team members. Manager is also responsible for achieving safety, friendliness, cleanliness, financial and throughput goals. All responsibilities at anytime may be changed according to management or to meet business needs in multiple attraction areas

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a safety compliance or safety critical role where customer satisfaction is a high priority is preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or theme park industry required

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to converse appropriately with employees and guests

  • Must have enthusiasm and passion to share these attractions and the park with guests

  • Must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Internet
